Virgin launches sexiest PAYG tariff ever with the Saturdays
Virgin caters for the Twitter generation
To mark the launch of their new PAYG Addict tariff, Virgin has recreated scenes from the old ‘80s hit Addicted to Love with the help of the UK’s hottest new girl group, The Saturdays. While taking time off from rehearsals, Mollie, Vanessa, Rochelle and Una slipped into sexy ‘80s make-up and skin-tight little black dresses, while lead singer Frankie appears as a rather sexy, female version of Robert Palmer.
The cleverly, if not controversially named Addict tariff not only gives us a fresh new outlook on ‘80s pop (Robert Palmer in a skirt, anyone?), but it also offers Virgin customers unlimited texts and mobile internet when topping up £20 per month.
While mobile tariffs have catered for text messaging addicts in the passed, it’s only recently that mobile internet has become essential to our communication and has given us the tools to constantly annoy and update our friends and family with ‘tweets’ and ‘pokes’.
Available now, from Virgin Media. Girls sold separately.
