New teaser video builds the buzz around Sony’s upcoming flagship smartphone, codenamed Honami but expected to be launched as the Sony Xperia Z1.
With IFA - Europe's biggest tech extravaganza - just days away, it looks like Sony is finally going to end the speculation and unveil its new flagship Xperia smartphone.
The rumour mill has been working overtime in the past few months with details of the smartphon codenamed Honami but with the release of this teaser video, it looks like we're definitely in for a treat in the coming days when Sony takes to the stage on 4th September at the big Berlin event.
The video gives us a glimpse of the new Xperia smartphone, rumoured to be called the Sony Xperia Z1, from various tantalising angles.
Previous rumours point to the Z1 coming loaded with a camera with a 21-megapixel sensor rear facing camera, a 2-megapixel front facing snapper, a Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB RAM and a 5-inch, 1080p display.
According to the rumours, the phone will also support 4G LTE and NFC, and come in a three colour options: black, purple and white.
