The Toshiba Excite, the tech giant’s next-gen Android tablet, has already been the subject of a pretty comprehensive leak. And now the slimline tablet has been snapped in the wild, with spec details also slipping out.
The new size zero slate is set to replace the Toshiba Thrive, known on these shores as the AT100. Under the hood it’s said to have a 1.5 Ghz processor, 1GB of RAM, as well as micro SD, micro USB and dual cameras.
Toshiba is set to hold a press conference at 4pm UK time today at the IFA gadget fest in Berlin. Expect to see the Excite lead the line as it looks to push its Android credentials in an ever-crowded market.
