Metallica's Guitar Hero talks to T3.com

T3.com recently had an exclusive chat with genial Metallica guitarist Kirk Hammett in his only UK interview on the forthcoming Guitar Hero Metallica video game.

In our audio interview available here, Kirk reveals the band's input into the look and feel of the game, how they chose the 25 classic tracks from their massive back catalogue and their experience of motion capturing their characters.

Kirk also chats to us about how his video game addiction almost put the brakes on his guitar career, and the modern technology he uses on the road to write songs with just his guitar and his laptop.
