Sky 3D gets the Stephen Fry treatment

After launching the myFry iPhone app, Stephen Fry is now the guide behind Sky's 3D TV.

Coming out just before the October 1 launch of Sky 3D TV, the guide by self-confesssed technophile Stephen Fry can be viewed here or on Sky Anytime from Friday, September 17.

Stephen Fry said, "3D TV in the home is going to be the next exciting chapter in television history when the Sky 3D channel launches on October 1st and I'm delighted to be able to offer a little clarity on the subject."

The Sky 3D channel will be out October 1 and can be viewed by anyone with Sky+HD and a 3D TV at no additional cost. It will offer sports, movies and arts viewing.

The guide was produced with an aim to show TV viewers how to get "3D ready" and provide any answers they might have on the topic.
