While we’ve already snagged a glimpse of Sony’s upcoming Xperia range, new pictures and information suggest the company is prepping a low-end model
Sony Xperia J budget handset leaks on web
The phone was revealed in a review by Russian website Mobile Review, which has already previewed a number of Xperia prototypes. If legitimate, it seems the Xperia J will come sporting a 4-inch screen as well as Android Ice Cream Sandwich
Other specs include a rear-facing 5MP camera, 1,700mAh battery and 800MHz Qualcomm MSM7227a processor – putting this on the lower end of the handset spectrum.
We’re expecting Sony to officially unveil the Xperia J at IFA next week. While we’re yet to hear anything on pricing and release date, we imagine this will land with an affordable price tag to match its moderate specs.
