Sony unveils the BRAVIA X4500 and BRAVIA W4500 series

TVs to match that obsidian black rug you just got fitted

Two new Bravia TVs have just crashed onto our HD-adoring desks - the new Sony Bravia X4500 LCD and the Bravia W45000 LCD series.

Fresh out of the Koreans' magic bag o'tech, both the Bravia X500 LCD and the Bravia W45000 LCD series boast full HD for face-slapping 1080p pictures and 100Hz motion technology.

Squeeze the BRAVIA W4500 40-inch, 46-inch or 52-inch screens in your front room. Or, fellows blessed with bigger rooms punt for the gargantuan 55-inch from the Bravia X4500 series.

Strapped on to the 55-inch X4500 are 6 main speakers and 2 woofer speakers and 4 main and 2 woofer speakers on the 46-inch model. Other bits to ease your passage to GTA IV superiority include 4x HDMI ports, wireless DNLA connection and a USB port. Who's got the keys to Liberty City?

Lawrence Llewelyn Bowen enthusiasts can also rejoice, finally you can match your telly to your MDF decorated living room. The X4500 series comes with speaker covers that will match either your obsidian black lampshade or ruby red rugs. We're still waiting for honeydew yellow.

No word on price yet but expect the W4500 to land in Blighty next month and the X4500 in October. Our Blu-ray players in our honeydew yellow living rooms are primed and ready.
