Sony Ericsson's non-gaming smartphones unveiled at MWC.
Sony Ericsson announces Xperia Neo and Pro
In the wake of the not-so-secret Xperia Play (aka, the PlayStation Phone), Sony have also announced the latest non-gaming additions to their smartphone range, the Xperia Neo and Xperia Pro.
The Neo packs an 8MP camera (and the now-compulsory front-facing camera for video calls), a four-inch, 854x480 pixel display (as on the Xperia Play), a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, HD video recording and the Sony Bravia mobile engine. It will run Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
The also-announced Xperia Pro is identical in ever way to the Neo but with a sliding keyboard (and corresponding heftier build). Both handsets will be available from April in three colours: the Neo in blue, red and silver; the Pro in black, red and silver.
