Sony boss confirms gamers will be able to play the PS4 this year
Sony has confirmed that gamers will be able to get hands on with the PS4 before the end of the year.
Speaking to Bloomberg, Sony Computer Entertainment America boss Jack Tretton confirmed, “most people will be able to [get their hands on the PS4 before November].
“We know who our consumers are and we’re going to get it to them,” he added.
Tretton refused to elaborate on exactly where gamers will be able to get hands on with the console. However, GamesCom in August and the Eurogamer Expo in September are likely to be UK gamers’ best chance to spend some time with Sony’s new console before it launches.
He also confirmed that there would be “a lot of playable content” at this year’s E3 show in the US.
