Sharp launches the AQUOS HD photo player and printer
Another box to squeeze under the TV
If your life is lacking a combined photo player and printer, you're in luck, because Sharp has just launched two - the HN-PP100 and HN-PP150.
Here's the deal. If you want to show off your super-sharp, high-definition snaps on the big screen HD TV, just hook up the player to the TV via HDMI and enjoy a slideshow of your finest photography. Perfect for family gatherings and wannabe David Baileys. If your audience likes what it sees, press the 'print' button and give them all a copy of their favourite shot to take away.
Load up your snaps via various memory card slots, Bluetooth or if you opt for the HN-PP150, from our home network. You can even playback your music, but not any of your recorded video. That feature would just be too useful. Japan (unsurprisingly) gets first dibs on these, with prices starting at the equivalent of £137.
