Samsung's sharp shooter
Hot on the heels of 10 megapixel monsters from Sony and Canon, Samsung's flashing a digital SLR for serious snappers.
The new GX-10 packs some handy features for photographers in the field, as well as an Alpha - rivaling 10.2 megapixel sensor.
Built to survive water splashes and repel picture picture-ruining dust particles, it's a sensitive snapper too, with a maximum ISO of 1600 to make the most of low light locations.
From a super wide viewfinder to image stabilisation and nine-point autofocus, the GX-10 matches similar offerings from Sony and Canon, while holding its head high with a stylish body.
It's no slouch in action-packed shooting either. Continuous snapping at three frames per second means you'll always capture the action, and a customisable control dial means your favourite settings are only ever a quick twist away.
Five lenses will accompany the camera by the end of the year, with a fish eye, ultra wide zoom, wide zoom, fixed focus and macro offering real flexibility for your photos.
Available next month, the GX-10 doesn't have a firm price yet, but stay glued to T3.co.uk for all the latest details as they slip from Samsung's lips.
