Introducing Samsung's Series 7 all-in-one PC, a jack-of-all-trades desktop mite with the boon of Microsoft's Windows 8 operating system
Samsung has unveiled its first device from the IFA show in Berlin: the all-new Series 7 all-in-one PC.
Albeit, the Windows 8-based desktop is just a taster of things to come. The firm is also planning to release its widely-anticipated Samsung Galaxy Note 2 ‘phablet’ at the infamous trade show later tonight.
Samsung Series 7: Features
The Series 7 comes equipped with a stunning 27-inch touchscreen display, as well as a wireless keyboard and mouse set – so you needn’t worry about greasing up the screen with your soap-dodging fingers.
In terms of the innards, it sports an Intel Core i7 processor, up to 8GB of memory, an AMD Radeon HD 7850M graphics card and a 14W speaker.
Not impressed? There’s also Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity on board, three rear USB 2.0 ports, two USB 3.0 slots on the side, a 720p HD integrated camera (complete with hand gesture recognition) and a Blu-ray drive for watching flicks.
