Samsung K3 gets a colour rinse

Samsung's glossy black MP3 player has been given a new lick of paint. But it's freshly dipped coat is not the only reason the nano botherer's got us reaching for our credit cards yet again...

The racy red audio player will be hitting the high street next month, with a green model hot on its tail.

But that's not all that April holds for digital music a la Samsung. The company will also be upping its game by adding a super-sized 8GB musical performer to their current 2GB and 8GB flavours.

The K3 wraps up all the ingredients for musical goodness: 25 hours battery life, a 1.8-inch screen and touch-sensitive controls. The 7mm slimline sensation's also fitted with an FM radio and digital picture library.

The coloured additions will flash the same price-tag as their broody sibling. The 2GB goes for £90 and the 4GB for £120. The 8GB will be up for grabs for £160 we're told.
