Samsung introduces the T*Omnia
Sizeable difference in Samsung's latest Omnia handset
We were reasonably impressed by the Omnia i900, but there was a feeling of 'could do better' to the whole experience. Well, that step up could be here very soon with the Samsung T*Omnia.
It's described as the 'big brother', offering up a slightly larger 3.3-inch screen, a higher screen resolution of 480 x 800 and a digital TV tuner. Aside from that, this is very much the same handset you just might have in your pocket, with 5MP camera, HSDPA and Wi-Fi connectivity, GPS and that love it or hate it touch screen interface.
Regretting buying the i900? We wouldn't let it worry you - there's little practical difference between the two and that digital TV tuner will probably hold it back from a UK appearance.
