Weighing in at just 545g the slim line Samsung Galaxy S II was originally unveiled with a thicker design and 8-megapixel camera before undergoing a radical redesign in the wake of the iPad 2 unveiling.

Boasting version 3.1 of Google’s tablet-centric Android Honeycomb OS the reformed Samsung Galaxy S II is to touch down touting a 1GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM and a 3-megapixel camera with 16-, 32- and 64GB storage capacity options.
