Android 4.0 ICS:
The world’s first Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich handset the Samsung Galaxy Nexus is to expand its availability in the UK with smartphone retailer and network provider Vodafone confirming it will now stock the pioneering device.
Currently the only device to officially run the fourth iteration of Google’s increasingly dominant Android mobile OS platform the Samsung Galaxy Nexus was officially unveiled in October with a number of issues surrounding a bug in the handset’s volume controls hampering its initial launch.
Available for free on a £41 per month, 2 year contract Vodafone has confirmed it is to offer the Samsung Galaxy Nexus with a monthly allowing of 900 inclusive minutes, unlimited texts and 750MB of data.
