Red Dead Redemption free downloadable content incoming

Myths and Mavericks Bonus Pack lands September

Multiplayer options and new storyline primed.

Red Dead Redemption, Rockstar’s 2010 western smash hit, is getting a new load of downloadable content in September. And best of all, gamers won’t have to pay a penny for it.

The Myths and Mavericks Bonus Pack comes with a slew of new multiplayer options, with the chance to play as stacks of different characters from the best-selling original title. There are deathmatch and gang matches, with the chance to play in new locations.

The freebie should sate those after a hit of new Rockstar content for a while, until the next wave of GTA 5 rumours at least.
