RAZR 2 touched up
Exclusive video: T3 gets touchy feely with Motorola's gorgeous new RAZR 2.
We came. We saw. We fell in love. Motorola treated us to some face time with the RAZR 2 today, and boy are we smitten.
Like the original model, this handset has a stunningly thin profile and ice-cool metal finishing, but the inclusion of a 2-inch screen on the outside, as well as spiffy new speech technology (generating, and recognising) mean it's a tech-head's dream come true.
What's more, that external display is a touch-sensitive one incorporating "haptics" technology that responds when you prod it.
Skip through tracks in the media player and it'll vibrate accordingly. It's an extremely nice touch, and means you'll know when you've tapped a key, rather than having to look at the screen each time.
Worried you'll accidentally tap them? Moto's got you covered. A quick chat with one of their demonstrators revealed the screen's not only touch, but heat sensitive - so it'll only be set off by human hands.
We're head over heels for the new RAZR. Take a squiz at our exclusive video below and see if you agree.
