Monster Plasma TV adds 3D to its bag of tricks

103-inch Plasma monster adds 3D credentials

Panasonic has announced that its monster 103-inch Plasma TV first unveiled in 2006 has been given a Full HD 3D upgrade ahead of the upcoming Christmas rush.

Available to pre-order in Japan as of tomorrow, November 18th, the Full HD 3D touting 103-inch Plasma TV is set to cost around £65,000 and weigh in at a hefty 321kg with stand.

Whilst this unit is by no stretch of the imagination just another 3D TV for the home, its overly excessive nature and price tag will be sure to appear to an elite member of the population looking for the ultimate in home entertainment. Sporting a 5,000,000: 1 contrast ratio, the upgraded 103-inch Panasonic setup will require a spacious setting.

No word on UK pricing or information has yet been announced, stay tuned to for all the latest on the Panasonic giant.
