Smartphone network provider Orange has confirmed it is to stock the upcoming Apple iPhone 4S handset from launch as it unveils its official iPhone 4S tariffs and pricing details
In the wake of Apple’s October 4th ‘Let’s talk iPhone’ event which saw the Cupertino company officially unveil its next generation handset, smartphone retailer and network provider Orange has confirmed it is to stock the Apple iPhone 4S from launch.
With Orange now Everything Everywhere partners with T-Mobile both networks are set to offer consumers Apple’s iPhone 4 replacement to coincide with the October 14th iPhone 4S release date.
“Both Orange and T-Mobile will be stocking from 14th October, through our stores, and - hopefully – online,” a spokesperson for the two networks confirmed to T3.
Apple has already confirmed SIM free pricing for the newly launched 16GB, 32GB and 64GB iPhone 4S handsets with the three models to line up at £499, £599 and £699 respectively,
Playing host to the same ARM A5 1GHz dual-core processor found within the iPad 2 the iPhone 4S is to go head-to-head with the likes of the Samsung Galaxy S II and HTC Sensation XE with a new 8-megapixel rear-mounted camera with enhanced light filters to allow for macro snaps and 1080p Full HD video recording capabilities.
Confirming that stocks of the iPhone standing will be available from retail outlets for those looking to snap up the device, Orange and T-Mobile have said they will play host to the upcoming Apple device from the October 14th iPhone 4S UK release date.
The first network to officially out its iPhone 4S tariffs and pricing plans Orange has confirmed that it is to host all three storage capacities of the new Apple blower with consumers to be able to snap up a 16GB iPhone 4S free on a £46 per month two year contract packaged with 1200 inclusive minutes, unlimited texts and 750MB of monthly data.
Those looking for a more reasonable £31 per month two year contract will be able to pair 200 minutes, 200 texts and 500MB of data with a 16GB, 32GB or 64GB iPhone 4S for an upfront payment of £169.99, £269.99 and £379.99 respectively.
