Audio-firm’s cheapest device starts at just £75, but it’s Japan-only for the time being
Onkyo to launch six Android tablets
Audio gear maker Onkyo has announced that it will be launching six new Android-based tablets in Japan.
The new SlatePads come in a range of specifications, with the lowest featuring a seven inch screen, with a 1.2GHz Cortex-A8 CPU, an 800 x 480 resolution display, 512MB RAM, 4GB of storage and Android Ice Cream Sandwich.
The other devices in the range all feature Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and dual-core 1.6GHz Cortex A9 processors, 1GB of RAM and screen sizes from seven-inches up to 10.1-inch.
According to Onkyo, the tablets are only being launched in Japan. If you want to get your hands on one, they start from £75.
