Anticipation continues to grow before its release next week with the news that the iPhone 4 will pack double the RAM of the iPad. In preparation for the big day, Apple has released the ‘Find My iPhone’ app, allowing users to remotely locate their lost iPhone or iPad.

Mobile mayhem as HTC takes legal action against Android OS hackers, forcing frustrated HTC owners to wait on the Taiwanese titan for Android updates. Palm has confirmed that it's working on new webOS devices, despite HP’s acquisition of the PDA giant earlier this year, and leaked photos have surfaced of the Motorola Milestone 2 Android smartphone, looking curvier and sleeker than the original Droid.

Gaming announcements continue to trickle our way following the E3 expo earlier in the week, with the Nintendo 3DS adding yet another highly desirable string to its already weighty bow in the form of an eBook reader. Elsewhere, the OnLive cloud gaming service was launched in the US, allowing gaming via your desktop browser.

The TV world sees Sky Sports News set to leave Freeview and go HD later this year, after eight years of free access nationwide.
