RIM’s BlackBerry devices are all the rage today with a number of upcoming devices teasing new titbits of information. Ahead of its expected March launch RIM has revealed it plans to ship more than one million BlackBerry PlayBook tablets in the device’s opening month ahead of expected high sales.
