The second Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 DLC is tipped to be heading to PS3 gamers later this month following more than a month on the Xbox
Continuing the run of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 DLC releases, new reports have suggested the game’s second post release content offering, the Overwatch multiplayer map, will hit PS3 gamers on March 29th, more than a month after it landed for Xbox.
Continuing the almost ridiculous run of COD’s periods of Xbox exclusivity, the as yet unconfirmed reports have suggested that following the map’s arrival for Xbox 360 touting Call of Duty Elite Premium subscribers on February 21st, PlayStation favouring COD fans will be offered the New York City based environment later this month.
"Overwatch drops you into a construction site atop a New York City skyscraper,” an official Infinity Ward spokesperson has said. “The battle takes place along two levels in a near symmetrical layout, with the central bridge and side routes open to attack from multiple angles.”
Xbox owning none Call of Duty Elite subscribers are to be offered the Overwatch map next week alongside a host of other COD: MW3 DLC content in with the launch of the Modern Warfare 3 Content Collection 1.
