miniPlayer incoming!

Remember the Meizu miniPlayer we unearthed a few weeks ago? Well, it's broken free of the Far East, going on sale in the US, and should be winging its way to us soon!

The titchy tunebox sizes up at a respectably tiny 10-millimetres thick, packing more features than the iPod nano in a shell only slightly larger.

Lucky American punters can get their orders in now, and it'll only set them back about £120 for a 4-gig version, ready for delivery around August.

As well as playing music and movies, the Meizu packs in a radio, games and even voice recording with a built-in mic. For the singing-obsessed it'll also sync lyrics with your music - karaoke style!

With more features than the iPod, and at £50 less than an iPod nano of similar capacity, this could really challenge the Apple for pocket space when it makes its way over here!
