Were you affected by Microsoft's outage?
On Friday morning, millions of Hotmail and other Microsoft online service users were unable to access their accounts, after a cloud failure.
In addition to Hotmail, Office 365 and the Skydrive storage system suffered.
According to Microsoft, the outage cause was related to the Domain Name System (DNS).
The issues started at around 4am BST, and was fixed, according to the company, at 5.45am, although it took some time for the results to be seen, causing the problems to last for two-and-a-half hours.
"We have completed propagating our DNS configuration changes around the world, and have restored service for most customers," it said on its blog.
