After some months of speculation and denial, Microsoft has announced the official release date for its motion-control gaming peripheral Microsoft Kinect.

While the US will be able to play any of the 15-strong launch titles as of November 4th, it looks like we’ll be getting our hands on the device on November 10th – just in time for it to explode onto the Christmas wishlist.

Sony’s entry into the motion-sensing game, Playstation Move will be out in early September, meaning it’ll have a slight edge on Kinect, but which will you be opting for? Let us know on the T3 Twitter feed.
