Mercedes have announced the G-Class off-roader, which the company claims has “greater power than any UK-specification model before it.”
Mercedes G-Class: Features
It comes equipped with an array of standard fixtures and fittings, including LED daytime running lights, heated front and leather seats, parking cameras, 18-inch alloy wheels, electric folding and heated mirrors and a top of the range Harman Kardon audio system.
The smarts under the bonnet are equally impressive – there’s a 3.0 litre V6 engine in the basic G 350 BlueTech model, which delivers 211hp, while the higher-spec model comes complete with a hand-built, bi-turbo 5.5-litre V8 AMG engine, which delivers an impressive 554hp and 760 Nm of torque.

The new Mercedes G-Class is expected to go into production next month, priced from £82,945.
