Sony has put an end to recent rumours officially confirming the upcoming release of the much mooted Little Big Planet Karting game.
Looking to emulate the unrivalled success of Nintendo's Mario Kart titles, Sony has confirmed the upcoming Little Big Planet Karting release after a number of screens from the game leaked online.
"We can confirm that LittleBigPlanet Karting is in fact in development and we look forward to sharing more on the game soon!" Sony announced via its official Twitter feed.
Although an official Little Big Planet Karting release date has yet to be confirmed, the game, destined to hit the PS3, is under development through United Front Games and will land alongside a PlayStation Move compatible gaming wheel.
