iPod motorbike wheelies into view!

Get the low-down Yamaha's special edition iPod-modified electric bike...

This Oompa-Loompa of a motorbike is the Yamaha EC-02, an eco-friendly electric bike that silently poots along at 30kph. However, the version pictured is a special modified model of the dumpy two-wheeler, customised to be the ultimate iPod bike! An iPod sits snugly in a clear snap-shut case on the top of the bike, controlled via a set of tailor-made iPod controls positioned within thumb's reach of the right handlebar. And yes, that's a stereo speaker you can see built into the bit of the bike where a petrol tank usually sits, enabling the rider to blast out tunes whilst scooting along. No news yet as to whether Yamaha's EC-02 iPod bike will be hitting European roads, but we'll keep you posted.
