Apple's iPhone 5 release date looks to have moved as new iPhone 5 rumours put the launch in October
The riddle of Apple will release the mooted iPhone 5 has taken yet another twist with the rumour mill now suggest the iPhone 5 release date will be in October, not September as previously thought.
Whilst a September iPhone 5 release date has floated around for a number of months, new iPhone 5 rumours from All Things D, the Wall Street Journal’s tech blog, have claimed the eagerly awaited handset will actually touch down one month later in October.
Citing “sources with knowledge of the situation,” All Things D has claimed that reports of September iPhone 5 release date are “misinformed” with the actually arrival to be on a unspecified date in October.
Recent reports have suggested that the iPhone 5 release will see the handset launch with a 1GHz dual-core processor, an 8-megapixel camera with 1080p Full HD video recording capabilities whilst claimed iPhone 5 pictures have suggested the handset will have a new slimmer form factor.
