Latest shots come after parts leak showed bigger screen but similar overall design to iPhone 4.
iPhone 5 cases: new leaks show iPhone 4-style design
Case leaks are like manna from heaven for iPhone gossip hounds. And today new snaps of iPhone 5 covers have emerged, suggesting Apple isn’t planning a radical new design for its next-gen blower.
The snaps, from Hardmac, show cases which are all but identical to those currently available for the iPhone 4. The only real difference is that the manufacturer says these are for the next iPhone. Other snaps, from Alibaba.com, also show cases with iPhone 4-like designs.
This ties in with recent leaks of design drawings and parts, with the suggestion being that Apple will stick with the same form factor but up the screen’s size, making it an edge-to-edge affair.
The iPhone 5 is expected to be unveiled at Apple’s annual WWDC event in June. Stay tuned to our Facebook and Twitter pages for more as we get it.
