iPhone 4 getting iWork app

Screenshot shows off Apple's plans for iWork

Cupertino pulls pic after eagle-eyed gadget watchers picked up on unannounced iWork for iPhone app.

iWork is coming to the iPhone. Apple may not have said as much during last night’s WWDC keynote, but a screen on an official shot of the iPhone 4 has given the game away.

The pic shows an email screen with an ‘Open in “KeyNote”’ button. Seeing as Keynote is only up for grabs on Macs and iPads, it seems Apple has let this one slip earlier than planned.

Having spotted the error, Apple has since given the shot a tickle, with an ‘Open in “iBooks”’ icon replacing the telltale button. Hopefully we’ll be hearing more about Apple’s plans to unleash its classy iWork suite on the iPhone 4 before it lands on 24 June.
