Having overcome the issues associated with last year's repeatedly delayed release Polyphony's Gran Turismo 5 title is to add 15 new vehicles in the GT5 DLC Racing Car Pack
Following the title’s long overdue and repeatedly delay hit release last year, games developer Polyphony has revealed a list of vehicles set to land in the upcoming Gran Turismo 5 downloadable content pack.
Dubbed the Racing Car Pack the GT5 DLC is to land today alongside the Racing Gear Pack, Paint Pack and Course Pack with 15 new vehicles landing to further enhance the ultra realistic racing sim.
Gran Turismo 5 Vehicles
Heading up the high-end collection of 15 new premium motors is the Red Bull X2011 Prototype ’11 with the futuristic racer to land alongside the Dodge Challenger SRT8 Touring Car and the Honda CR-Z Touring Car.
Further touring cars within the line-up include the Mazda Roadster., Mazda RX-7, Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X, Subaru Impreza and Toyota Prius. Completing the offering of Nissans are the Nissan Skyline GT-R R33, R32 and R32 touring cars.
The final three vehicles set to take to the DLC’s grid are bespoke Gran Turismo creations with the GT Racing Kart Jr. to be joined by 100cc and 125cc karts. Eager gamers will be able to download the new GT5 DLC from the Sony PlayStation Network for $7.99 (£5.09).
