Fridge Monkey adds stacks of cool

Sadly, the Fridge Monkey isn't a trained simian whose sole purpose is to keep the cold cans coming, but it is still a darned useful addition to your home.

It's the brainchild of the designers at Mode, who previously brought us the rubber wine rack.

Their latest invention stops your mountain of cans or bottles collapsing, rolling across your fridge like the stone ball from Indiana Jones and squashing your Ginsters.

And if you need to sell the idea to your other half, just tell them that stacking the cans up is a great way to make your fridge neater.

Not restricted to one type of bottle, the Fridge Monkey's ribs have been sized and spaced so it can be used to stack beer cans, beer bottles, alcopops, mixers, soft drinks, water bottles and even wine or spirits.

The Fridge Monkey has just been launched and will be popping up on gadget sites soon with an RRP of £3.50.
