A fourth hacker associated with hactivism group LulzSec has plead guilty a series of attacks against major companies, including Sony, Nintendo, the NHS, and 20th Century Fox.

Ryan Ackroyd will receive his sentence alongside fellow LulzSec hackers Jake Davis, Mustafa Al-Bassam, and Ryan Clark, according to Bloomberg.

LulzSec carried out attacks against a number of high profile websites between February and September 2011.

The attacks led to a tightening of security procedures at large corporations.

Sony Europe was fined £250,000 in January for failing to prevent the 2011 attack.
