COD: MW3 tops Amazon's gaming sales chart for 2011
Whilst the latest addition to the COD franchise has claimed top honours in Amazon's gaming sales charts, Just Dance 3 is a shock entry in second
Leading online retailer Amazon has announced its highest selling games of 2011 with Activision's eagerly awaited first-person shooter Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 unsurprisingly topping the list.
Whilst the latest COD title stormed to the top spot in Amazon's sales charts there was a shock entry in second place with party themed Just Dance 3 beating competition from the likes of Skyrim, FIFA 12 and Battlefield 3 to take the silver medal.
Unable to hit the heights of its replacement but performing strongly throughout the year Just Dance 2 snuck into Amazon’s top 10 in terms of sales units landing in eighth position.
