Exclusive video: O2's bright-white LED clamshell isn't out 'til August, but we've got our hands on one.

Bridging the niggling gap between decent blower and powerful music player, the O2 Cocoon looks the business.

Its white clamshell body sports a blue LED display, letting you know the time, who's hitting you up and what track you've got blasting through the headphones.

Turn it on its side and you'll find dedicated buttons for the music player, letting you pause, skip and change the volume without having to open it up and fiddle about.

There's space for 500 songs, plenty for the way to work and back. And if that doesn't sell it to you, maybe the 2-meg snapper on the back will.
