Modern Warfare 3 has finally lost the title of top dog after The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has made its mark on the UK all-platform gaming charts
COD: Modern Warfare 3 loses top spot to Skyrim in game charts
Modern Warfare 3 latest..
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has finally been bumped down to second spot after it was revealed that The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is now top of the UK all-platform games chart.
Despite having been given the fairly modest title of biggest entertainment launch in history the latest in the Call of Duty series has, after a very respectable four-weeks, been knocked off the top spot with Just Dance 3 and FIFA 12 in close contest at third and fourth place.
Sitting comfortably at fifth place is Assassin's Creed: Revelations while below that is Battlefield 3 and the likes of Saints Row: The Third and Uncharted 3: Drakes Deception.
The real question will be whether The Elder Scrolls can then hold onto this title for Christmas or whether Call of Duty will make a reccurence and grab the title of Christmas no.1.
What will you be buying this Christmas, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 or The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim? Let us know via the comments box below...
