Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 details leaked

Release date November 8; multiple locations of gameplay

The wait for Modern Warfare 3 just seems longer than ever before.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has been the subject of a major leak, spilled by Kotaku.

The website has managed to get their hands on images and detailed plot lines about the game, which has not been officially announced by Activision yet.

Kotaku says the release date for the upcoming sequel will be November 8, 2011, and also lists a number of cities that the game will take place in although they do point out that some things they report may change by the time of the actual release.

Locations for the game reportedly include India, New York, London, Somalia, Dubai, Washington DC and more.

The game begins where Modern Warfare 2 left off and Kotaku has the detailed plot information on their website.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is being developed by Infinity Ward, Sledgehammer Games and Raven Software.
