A soak in the bath just got easier thanks to a London-based company who have just demoed a Bath-o-matic iPhone app that lets you run a bath without the need to touch a tap.
Unique Automation, who specialise in tech to simplify your home life, showed off their new app at this year's Cedia Expo. And while the technology behind it has been around for a while now, this is the first time it's made its way on to an iPhone or iPod touch.
You'll also never have to worry about overfilling your bath either, the free app lets you choose the depth of the water and the temperature.
The down side? To make use of the application, you'll need to install Unique Automation's Bath-o-matic technology, This is essentially an electronic box that sends out all the right signals and hardware that controls the draining, temperature and pressure of the water coming out of the taps. And that'll set you back a tidy £4,000 for the basic system.
