ASUS unveils 10-inch 1002HA Eee PC

The Eee PCs just keep on coming

So here's the story so far: ASUS launched the Eee PC, we all fell in love with it and bought it by the bucketload last Christmas. Since then, the company has issued more new models than you've had hot dinners, matched only by the number of clones springing up from rival manufacturers. And today we have another - the 1002HA Eee PC.

Sitting uneasily between a full-blown notebook and ASUS' original concept, the 10-inch 1002HA doesn't have the portability of the early models or indeed the power of a high-end model. What is does offer you is that slightly larger screen, a sleek black finish, a 1.6GHz Atom processor, 160GB hard drive, Wi-Fi connectivity, 2x USB and a card reader.

Not exactly groundbreaking, but with an expected price of around £300, you could do a lot worse - and probably a little better.
