Samsung Galaxy Note
Samsung are set to expand its Note family with an iPad Mini rivaling 8-inch tablet, at this February’s MWC in Barcelona.
The device, which goes by the codename GT-N5100, will apparently sport a 1280x800 Super Clear LCD display, beating the iPad Mini’s 1024x768 7.9-inch screen.
Other specs to emerge from the leak are 2GB of RAM for smooth multitasking, 3G connectivity, a 5-megapixel shooter on the back and a 1.3 Megapixel one on the front and a good-sized 4,600-mAh battery. Storage options come in the usual suspects of 16GB, 32GB and 64GB options.
Expect to see all the S-Pen features from its 10.1 inch brother along with a thoroughly Touch-Wizzed version of Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
The family of Note devices been a surprise hit for Samsung and the 8.0 will sit along the Note 2 and the 10.1 tablet.
Mobile World Congress is shaping up well this year and T3 will be there in full force to bring you all the news as it develops.
