Angry Birds is now slated to break out of your mobile phones and on to the television screens.
No, not a movie (that we know of!) but more gaming platforms. Developer Rovio announced at the Social Gaming Summit that we will soon see the Angry Birds on Xbox Live, PlayStation Network and WiiWare.
The price and release date haven't been announced yet.
The first Social Gaming Summit was attended by Rovio's Peter Vesterbacka and according to Pocket Gamer, he has hinted that there might just be a version of the game that will lend a voice to the pigs' side of the story.
He is also reported to have commented on how rather than sell "100 crappy farm animals", they're creating a Mighty Eagle. Farmville, anyone?
The smash hit game is currently available on iOS, Android and Nokia phones. Its success story has even lent to the creation of Angry Birds plush toys. There's even an Angry Birds Hallowe'en game available for iPhones and iPod Touches.
Are you planning to get Angry Birds when they come onto these gaming platforms? Pop over to T3's Twitter and Facebook and tell us what your thoughts are.
