Acer Liquid Metal incoming

FroYo phone next in line from Acer

Sleek looks and top-end specs should make this latest Acer a winner.

Acer is priming its next Android effort already, and details and pics of the device have slipped out online for all to see. Dubbed the Liquid Metal, it builds on the original Liquid’s, ahem, interesting design, this time throwing FroYo in for good measure.

As well as the latest version of Google’s OS, there’s also Bluetooth 3.0, Dolby Mobile support, a custom Acer UI and a 3.6-inch multitouch panel to boot.

As yet, the camera hasn’t been detailed, although the leaked press shots do show it rocking a flash at least. Acer hasn’t officially confirmed any of the details. but as FroYo finally starts to roll out, expect to see the Liquid Metal very soon indeed.
