Summer release set to continue the 'droid invasion

Acer has announced two new additions to the Android family, the beTouch E120 and E130.

With all the apps and open-sourcery promised by the Android operating system, the duo boast 3G+, 3.2 megapixel cameras, HSDPA, WiFi, Bluetooth, as well as pre-installed GPS.

With its 2.8” touchscreen and 4-way navi key, the E120 aims to give beginners a slice of the smartphone action at a fraction of the price.

The swish Blackberry-alike E130 mixes tradition and innovation to provide the perfect experience for anyone ready for a touchscreen but not quite ready to give up on the convenience of a keyboard.

Available in black or white, the Acer beTouch E120 touches down in July with its sibling the E130 following in August.
