Next up in our countdown of the hottest 100 gadgets on the planet is the Toshiba Excite X10 tablet
The X10 is the thinnest and lightest tablet out there. No small claim, but get it in your hands and you can see where Toshiba’s coming from. It feels like a larger, rectangular After Eight mint. It’s just 7.7mm thick and weighs 535g, so it’s pretty much the polar opposite of the iNuke Boom a few pages ago. It runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, with a Texas Instruments OMAP 4430 1.2GHz processor powering things. On imaging duties are a 5-megapixel camera and a 2-megapixel front-facer. Put it in your bag, and you won’t even know it’s there.
