They say projector phone; we say déjà vu. Samsung had a go at this idea two years back – that phone was also called the Samsung Galaxy Beam.

Now it’s back, packing Android 2.3 Gingerbread and a 1GHZ dualcore processor, and with a 4.7-inch TFT touchscreen is ready to beam video and stills up to 50-inches in size 640x360 pixels.

Its future looks bright – 15 lumens, to be specific, and if you are worried about how many films and video you can carry around, there’s 8GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 32GB which should cover off a decent sized road trip.
