Next up in our countdown of the hottest 100 gadgets on the planet is the Pentax K-01
Pentax was somewhat of a latecomer to the mirrorless compact camera system soiree, but the company has followed up last year’s dinky Q camera with a second mirrorless effort, the much larger Pentax K-01. Part of the Q’s appeal was it diminutive, demure appearance, but for those seeking extra quality, this year’s model brings a bigger 16.2-megapixel, APS-C CMOS sensor..
There’s also 1080p video at 30fps on board, with a wide ISO range of 100-25,600 and fast-burst 6fps shooting. The camera has plenty of junk in the trunk, built that way to ensure compatibility with existing Pentax K-Mount lenses.

We're working to fix the problem right now and will have it working as soon as possible
