The Nike+ Fuel Band measures your activity, so you can see how many steps you’ve taken, calories burned, and more, helping you be more active and improving your health.
Set a goal in ‘Fuel points’ and then try to hit it everyday by walking instead of getting the bus, taking the stairs instead of the lift, and that kind of thing. If you’ve sat around eating chips all day the LEDs will show up red, approaching green as you get more active.
An iPhone app communicates to it via Bluetooth, and you can post your results to Facebook or Twitter. Though probably don’t if you have just been sitting around eating chips.
